⚠️ Important Safety Notice: NautiSuite is designed as a supplementary navigational aid only. Tidal data, depth calculations, and alerts must not be used as the sole basis for navigation or safety decisions. Always consult official charts, tide tables, and exercise proper seamanship.

By downloading, installing, or using the NautiSuite mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

NautiSuite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Distribute, sell, or sublicence the Service to third parties.

2. Safety Disclaimer

The tidal data, depth calculations, grounding alerts, anchor watch, and launch window features provided by NautiSuite are for guidance and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for:

Official Admiralty or national hydrographic charts and tide tables.
A proper watch kept by a competent person.
Echo sounder or depth sounder readings.
Professional maritime advice.

NautiSuite accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from reliance on information provided by the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All payments, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the terms of the relevant app store. NautiSuite does not process payments directly.

Subscription pricing is subject to change. NautiSuite will provide reasonable notice of price changes.

4. Promo Codes and Feature Unlocks

NautiSuite may issue promotional codes that unlock features or subscription tiers. Codes are single-use unless otherwise stated, non-transferable, and have no cash value. NautiSuite reserves the right to revoke codes at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Service are owned by or licensed to NautiSuite. You may not use NautiSuite's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NautiSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

NautiSuite may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
